At My-Food-Allergy we provide support by sharing food allergy, intolerance and diet information from experiences and contributions in the hope that it can help others with the same or similar conditions.

Our founder passed through the UK health system with a lot of mis-information and a lack of resources to deal with a condition initially diagnosed as a ‘severe sensitivity to food’. This turned out to be a wheat intolerance, coeliac disease (gluten free, ‘celiac’ in the US) and histadelia (a condition that requires a low histamine diet).
